Shipping Policy

Order Delivery:

  • We strive to ship orders within 2-4 business days after receiving them. However, please note that this may not happen on the same day as your order. Usually, your product will be delivered within the selected delivery time (4-7 business days / 8-15 business days / 14-20 business days). If a longer delivery time is expected (especially for products not covered by Gullebica), you will be notified by email. If you have any questions about the delivery time of a specific product, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Order Confirmation:

  • Shortly after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please check your Spam folder and mark it as “Not Spam” to ensure it is delivered directly to your Inbox. It is very important as not receiving the order confirmation email will prevent you from receiving the subsequent email containing the shipping notification and tracking information.

Important Notes:

  • If the shipment reaches your country and you do not respond, the shipment will be returned to the country of origin. In such cases, only the product price (and customs fees, if any) will be refunded, but shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • Damaged or Missing Items: If you notice any damage or missing items upon delivery, please notify us within 5 days. You need to send us photos of the damaged products and a list of the missing items via email. This information will help expedite your return or exchange process.
  • Undelivered Orders: If your order is not delivered within 60 days from the date of purchase, please contact usimmediately. Concerns beyond this period may not be accepted.
  • Customs: In rare cases, if the shipment is stuck at customs and requires a declaration or additional documents from you, the shipment will not be returned due to the non-provision of the requested documents.
  • Returns Due to Buyer: If the shipment is returned to the country of origin due to missing documents or incorrect address on the part of the buyer, we can only refund the product price. In this case, the return shipping costs will also be charged to the customer.
  • Return Policy: If you have any problems with our products, please visit return policy. You can find detailed information about return and exchange procedures in our return policy.

Rejected Delivery:

  • For orders that are rejected for delivery, Gullebica will attempt to return the shipment to the country of origin (USA, UK or China). The return shipping costs and any customs fees will be deducted from the product price and the remaining amount will be refunded to the customer.

Products Not Covered by Gullebica:

  • Products not covered by Gullebica may take at least 20 days (up to 45 days) to be delivered. We reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund if you experience any problems with the delivery of such products. We prioritize delivering such products to our warehouses to expedite the process.

Cancellation Instructions:

  • You cannot cancel your order once it has been shipped to your country.

Rarely, delivery delays may occur due to the following reasons:

  • Bad weather conditions
  • Flight delays
  • National holidays or festivals
  • Customs clearance
  • Unforeseen other conditions

Import Duties Deposit:

  • Gullebica offers estimated customs duties, taxes and fees (“Import Duties”) at checkout for eligible countries and regions and handles customs clearance on your behalf.

Calculation of Fees:

  • When you order a product from Gullebica, an estimated Import Duty is applied to all products. These funds are used by the carrier or other agency to pay the Import Duties to the destination country authorities on your behalf (“Import Duties Deposit”). Payment of import duties is based on the laws of the destination country.

Import Duties are:

  • Calculated based on the product’s value, weight, and HS code.
  • Subject to change by the destination country’s authorities.
  • Not included in the product price or shipping charges.

You are responsible for:

  • Paying any additional Import Duties, taxes, and fees that may be imposed by the destination country.
  • Providing any required documentation or information to the carrier or other agency to facilitate customs clearance.

Gullebica may:

  • Collect Import Duties Deposit at checkout.
  • Request additional information or documentation from you to facilitate customs clearance.
  • Cancel your order and refund the product price if you do not provide the required information or documentation.
