Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Gullebica. Some of our custom products are crafted using a 'Print on Demand' (POD) model. Please read our cancellation and return guidelines below.

1. Print on Demand (POD) & Custom Orders

Our apparel and accessories are custom-printed specifically for you at the moment of order. Due to this bespoke manufacturing process, we cannot accept general returns or size/color exchanges if you simply change your mind.

2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We offer a 100% guarantee on all defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items (e.g. print errors, torn garments, or damaged relief canvas). If your item arrives damaged, notify us at support@gullebica.com within 30 days of delivery with your order ID and a photo of the defect. We will issue a replacement or full refund immediately.

3. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, it is processed via Stripe back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to clear in your account, depending on your bank's policies.
